Refund & Cancellation Policy

V1.1 Effective Date: 1 April 2023

Thank you for choosing CCDS Agency for your website services. We strive to provide exceptional customer satisfaction and value your trust in our services. Please familiarize yourself with our refund and cancellation policy outlined below:

Returns:

1. Eligibility: You may request returns for most items purchased from CCDS Agency, provided they are explicitly identified as “returnable” on the product detail page and fall within the specified return window period. Please refer to the CCDS Agency Returns Policy to determine which categories are non-returnable and to learn about specific return windows for eligible categories.

2. Returnable Items: Items can be returned if they meet any of the following conditions:
– Physically damaged upon receipt
– Missing parts or accessories
– Defective
– Different from the description on the CCDS Agency product detail page

3. Return Process:
– Sign in to Your Orders on CCDS Agency.
– Select the item you want to return or replace.
– Choose a reason from the provided menu and continue.
– For seller-fulfilled orders, contact the seller directly to initiate returns using the

steps below:
– Go to https://support.ccdsagency.com/
– Sign in to.
– Choose the knowledge base articles
– Create new ticket
– Choose a reason you want to return or replace.
– Select “Contact seller” to begin the conversation using the Seller Messaging Assistant.
– Please note that the return process is applicable only if the product is returnable and the return window is active.

4. Return Guidelines:
– Ensure your address and the item you wish to return are eligible.
– If the return is not eligible for pickup, you will be provided with a Self-Return option. Refer to our Return Pickup and Self-Ship Guidelines for more details.
– Once the return is received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method following the CCDS Agency Refund Policy.
– For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) to your bank account.

Shipping Cost Refunds:

For Fulfilled by CCDS Agency Eligible items, return shipping costs of up to Rs. 100 will be refunded. Gift-wrapping costs, if applicable, will also be refunded. Such refunds will be issued through cheques.

Note: If you incur return shipping charges exceeding Rs. 100 for large and heavy items, contact us for an additional refund by providing proof of payment, such as a courier receipt.
For Seller-Fulfilled items, you may request the seller to reimburse the return shipping charges. The seller may require you to provide the courier receipt.
